Actually the ravine that is mentioned is nothing more than a sand and gravel pit. The owners of the pit for some unknown reason, started taking sad out from under the house. I had the opportunity to search through this house some 15 years ago. She was quite the beauty. I would have given anything, to bring her back to her former glory....she was still structurally sound at the time!!

Happy Valley still has some foundations left as well as the streets. The only way into Happy Valley now is the back way, but as far as I know, even that's been blocked off.
