This is an old farmhouse located on the edge of a golf course which must have been pretty in its day. Inside it is in a semi advanced state of dilapidation, with beautiful peeling walls everywhere. First floor features a fireplace and some bar stools, and on the second there are some interesting broken rooms and perverted grafitti that must have been left by some seriously bored and sexually frustrated people. I think some of them even wrote 'poems' on there... Overall this house presents some cool photo ops. It is also inhabited by a raccoon, who lives downstairs under the floorboards. But, I'm fairly sure he only comes home at dusk ;)

So far haven't been able to find any history on it, but if I do, I will be sure to post.

How does "accessgranted" always get access granted?

Visited a few weeks ago and it was completely borded up. No point of entry, but I did see a cellar door that might be a plausible POE.

I believe that used to be the home of the Peacock family, who were farmers. The date it was built has been smudged, but it looks like 1836 & it was described as a framed 2 1/2 story house. William Peacock also designed & built St. Luke's Church, just west of Bronte on Dundas, in 1845.

I thought that place was used for storage for the golf course as well. Maybe they didn't want people yo know it was empty.

I think just a farm. I remember hearing that the land was leased to the golf club.

filper- yep, something like that. It says that kind of thing all over the place and actually looks like a grafitti interaction between two people. You're saying thats been there for 25 years? damn. Any idea what the area was before the golf course?

I was in there about 25 years ago when they were turning the property into the golf course. It was being used a 'tool shed'. Is the line "spank my waiting ass" still on the wall ?

Is ass still a swear word? I guess spanking a donkey qualifies as perverse hehehe!

Wanted to see more of the perversity out of bizarre interest, but perhaps better not to post it. I like the photo effect here... not quite sepia, don't know what to call it. But it works well! Especially on a gallery of only a handful of pics.

Right on Captainmorgan! This one has been calling me for interior shots all year long. So close to the QEW it stands out like a sore thumb every time I drive by it. I haven't even looked at the gallery yet.
