Two three story rental apartment buildings on Lakeshore Rd in Port Credit. Both buildings are slated for demolition to make way for a condo development (big surprise there) but as of yet no development has begun. The property is surrounded by an 8 foot fence and at this time there is no access to either building however it appears that at one time there was due to several ground level windows sporting new plywood.

Fence up with a backhoe behind it. No sign of this place anywhere. Looks like i was too late.
Nice post! This is the kind of place where you almost wish the neighborhood kids would go by with a brick and make it easy for us to return in a few weeks.

Bummer. I tried this place a bunch of times looking for an all clear but there always seemed to be someone there and/or really well fitting plywood. Oh well. Thanks for the update.
