a whole block of abandoned houses right off of bloor street near keele. right across from high park. they are very heavily sealed(no match for my wrecking bar haha)....though you can access the furthest north on oakland by scaling the back shed then climbing up to the second floor window. it's a really cool bunch of houses...i've been into about 4 of them. lots of police presence due to the location...so be careful and be QUIET...

i'll post some pictures here but if you want to see the full series check out the public facebook link here: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=35622&id=1645800273&l=e7cb00fce5

also, a few days ago while i was driving by them i saw the last house on the block with people living in it being evacuated(this person was holding out on selling...they are trying to make lowrise condos here...) so who knows how long until they get demolished. check them out quickly!

new condos are now being built there. 2 workers fell to their death last week.

Those houses were condemned because the basement\crawl spaces are about 5 feet above the subway tunnels. My kids used to have a nanny that lived there. When a subway would go by you couldn't talk in her basement.
