This & That operated as a popular Sunday flea market from September of 2004 until the doors closed in December 2016. Since that time, the building and grounds have sat uncared for.

There isn't a lot left inside, although there are some interesting things around the place, like the symbols on the door to Lulu's Place & the retro posters tacked to the ceiling in one room. Even the bulletin boards in the entrance hall are still filled with business cards and advertisements.

Although there isn't any graffiti, vandals have been inside, and there's lots of broken glass. The loading dock is completely flooded, & contained discarded chairs & other detritus. Even the empty shipping containers by the loading dock looked lonely and forlorn. There is a shed beside the main building that's a mess. There is a rickety set of stairs inside that I didn't even attempt, nor would I recommend anyone else do either.

Still, an interesting location.

There's a house next door. Description from Whatwouldsatando:

This house sits in front of the vacant flea market. It has been completely taken over by squatters.

The previous owners seem to have left everything behind. The basement is filled with empty bottles and bongs. It seems to have been used recently. On the top floor next to a mattress, I found fresh cigarettes that were still burning.

Proceed to this house with caution, as it is on a busy road, and squatters seem to still come here. This house sits in front of the vacant flea market. It has been completely taken over by squatters.
