An interesting bungalow with lots of nice exposed brick on the inside. There is a calendar from 2017 inside, not sure when this house was abandoned but I don't believe it was long ago. It is still in relatively good condition although it looks like the basement was flooded at some point. Someone has scattered Cheerios throughout the house - have fun looking for them! The house next door to this one is also abandoned, and there is a large sign advertising a new neighborhood that is going to be built so I imagine these houses might not be here for much longer. Very easy POE and not too busy at the back of the house so this one is definitely worth the explore.
