A small group of neighboring "Bay and Gable" houses built between 1908 and 1909 failed to pass the heritage evaluation and are now on the verge of demolition for redevelopment. (historical information in the link below) Heads up this is a very busy street.
The middle house the "Dundonald House" was once a well respected Bed and Breakfast serving the tourist and Queer community in Toronto. With out doubt a very beautiful space.
