This station opened up in February 1966 to allow the East/West line from Woodbine station to go directly to Union station.

The station only stayed in service for 6 months before closing down due to service delays and passenger confusion.

Loose Moose For the people wondering, it's impossible to get there unless you want to risk going onto live tracks to get into the tunnel that leads to the station. And even then there are security cameras in the station though I'm not sure if they're active. They do have tours of the station every now and then, if you get an opportunity I highly recommend going down. But it is not accessible unless you want to risk getting hit by a train or a huge fine and/or imprisonment

don Yeah, I think the movie "Mimic" was shot down here, and in the abandoned tunnels too. creepy movie. Apparently Toronto is a good substitute for New York.
