So this is a record for me and most likely for you if you choose to explore. For starters you get a commercial building with two units and then you get twelve houses in a row. That’s the most I’ve done continuously. Everything is accessible but due to overgrowth some of the houses will be hard to get to. All of these have been boarded up since 2011 and it wouldn’t surprise me if they get knocked down this year. Everything is trashed, a lot of the windows are smashed, kitchen cabinets destroyed and very little left behind. There is some cool colourful graffiti to see. Only two houses have fireplaces, no fancy staircases or anything like that. I hate insulation in shots and this situation is a nightmare for that. The cool thing is the natural decay and paint peelies. I took close to 300 photos so it was a chore to get it down to what I did. Creating 13 separate locations wasn’t practical either. I didn’t include every exterior as usual and quite frankly it was tough to even see some of the houses behind the growth. Do not attempt to explore the last two houses at the east end as they are still active. You can approach from behind at the west end and stay fairly hidden behind the tall wooden fence. They'll be creating a new urban village here with 155 townhomes including lush courtyards, backyards and rooftop terraces, sounds lovely...
