Here is a very old abandoned homestead in Pardee. The property no longer has a driveway or a fire number. The buildings are visible through the bushes from the roads.
The home itself was very small, perhaps 400 square feet. The roof of the house has collapsed and only the walls remain standing. There are several collapsed outbuildings on the property and an old outhouse still standing. A large old boat sits decaying on the northeast corner of the field. There is lots of old junk lying around on the property, judging from the state of decay it has probably been unoccupied for 30 or 40 years.
