Their lot was not being properly cared for read one of the neglected papers on the door. They had until may 2012 to comply since the owners didn't comply there was another notice stating that they were to be evicted july 2013. looks like they were gone long before then.

Looks like the owner lives in the Netherlands and it was a rental. The roof looked like it was gone long ago. The street view has a wheelchair ramp to the front door.
That's too bad. Ya, there is a lot of expenses in owning a home and one can easily get behind in keeping an older home up. I hope they managed somewhere else. good eye.
