I’m surprised this location is not already on here as you can see on Google maps that part of the roof is missing and it’s been around for a while. The house is trashed and tagged up by kids but it actually works in this case along with the natural decay. I enjoyed this one and it didn’t feel residential at all to me but something in the industrial vein. I’m making this Basic Member for all to enjoy.

my friends heard some noises from the top floor as well but i would say it's way more likely for it to be an animal, given the conditions of the place. still tho, good to be cautious
I visited at the end of June for the second time, no sign of anyone living in the house.
Planning on visiting soon. I was wondering if there was a safe and discreet way to get to this place? I'm guessing it's from the park and through the woods north of it?
you can just enter via the driveway, which has mounds of dirt blocking it. i suppose you can try the park north of it but i wouldn't go through the trouble considering the driveway isn't near many other buildings
