Magner-Robson Home (1860)

Demolished House in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada

Recent status Demolished
Location # 2709

The Magners owned this huge farm property and built this old century home in the 1860s. The old stone century home still stands proud despite the fact that it sits along the line for the proposed 407. There is a horse stable and riding track, as well as dog kennels and a garage. It is located just south-east of the ghost town of Empire Mills, which also has a write-up on the site. This home may be moved elsewhere in due course.

Sad to hear that clay, but I'm glad for all these galleries, what a great job everyone did.

That is a shame. I wasn't able to get a good shot of it, but will enjoy the ones others have taken. @ phrenzee, don't forget mold-mutated spiders!

@ phrenzee...great set! @ dallas...the painted floor room was in the guest house. Perhaps it was not open during your visit?
