I drive past this place several times a week, but today was the first time I stopped to take pictures. This location is on a busy street with a view of Georgian Bay. Across the road are some very expensive, waterfront town homes. According to my wife, who grew up in this neighborhood, this house was occupied only a few years ago. It looks as if the foundation is failing. Rumor has it that it has been officially condemned by the town.
The house seems to be completely boarded up and sealed. I could see no way to gain entry.

the house still stands in this condition, I drive past it a lot as well. Wonder if there is entry now?
I think it was a low price rental property inhabited by some scruffy characters. My wife lived near here when we were dating, and it didn't look much better when it was lived in. Looking around the foundation, it looks like it is starting to crack and sag, and is probably not structurally sound.
I drive by this one every day. I was never brave enough to go on the property, seeing as how close it is to other houses. I wonder what the history behind this one is, and why it is left sitting to rot, in the middle of town. :(

I'll drive by on my way home tomorrow. Last time I was here, I parked around the corner and just walked in. Nobody seemed to notice.
