Found this house while out for a drive one night and decided to come back and have a look. The whole front of the house is basically missing, looks like it has been that way for some time. The floor has several holes covered by plaster, did not wander in too far as the floor seemed very weak from being exposed to the elements. You can access the basement outside from the back.
It is about 15 minutes west of London 5493 Egremont Drive (Highway 22) on the Left hand side between Cold Stream Road and Ivan Drive (Closer to Ivan Drive) you cannot miss it.

I visited this place last winter, unfortunately by the spring of 2011 they had ploughed the place over and dumped the remains inside the foundation. Perhaps the most poorly built house I have ever seen. It looked like a self made house on the cheap with lots of patchwork and half finished reno's everywhere. No real surprise that the house was falling apart by the time you took these pictures. It w
