Old Frank Farm, barn, and the house still standing, however, it does seem unstable. House still standing, Lots of junk around the place, very old bus grown into the trees beside the house. The property was granted to war hero John Walden Meyers.
Fire at Frank Farm
Halton Hills firefighters were called to a fully involved barn fire on Dublin Line just south of 22 Sideroad shortly after midnight Saturday. Radiant heat had caused the fire to spread to a house on the property. Both the barn and home had been abandoned for some time. Firefighters extinguished the blaze by 4:15 a.m. but responded back about 8:50 a.m. because hot spots had reignited the fire. At that time flames were visible in both the barn foundation, some of the remaining structures, and hay bales. Crews put out the fire and continued to check for hotspots throughout the day. There were no injuries. The cause of the fire is undetermined, and there is no damage estimate as the property was abandoned.

I went to shoot this location today and was disappointed that the BeeHive Corn Syrup can was no longer there.
Wow, what a location! Tons of stuff and so much still covered by the snow. Will have to come back when old winter packs her bags and leaves...
Another win for RnR! Love the piano shot in 8. The vines are creeping nicely onto it. Go back in a month or two, they should be covering that thing. What a shot that would be.
Took a visit here the other night.... soo different after 6 months from our previous visit. the bus has disappeared with out a trace! same junk just in a different spot haha.
Yeah the bus was gone when I was there, and I didn't notice any barbed wired windows?
hah, I didn't add the picture to my set. But there was a case on the ground in the snow at the end of the driveway, had cassette tapes laying all around it. And spice girl stickers were all over the case. Brought back memories of the late 90's for me ;)
hahah...thanks Alpha! That's pretty much all I do with my photography now. I'm addicted to HDR :)
The weird thing is that in earlier photos the piano is fallen on the floor, later in Jan 2012 the piano is standing up against the wall as if someone(thing) put it back up.
I'll probably post another gallery of about ten more pics...there was a 60's era ottoman out back with someone's diary on it, I didn't open it but my copilot did and it was from '99. Obviously it didn't get there by itself and it wasn't water damaged, so someone was having a good read!
This place was a blast to photograph. So much weirdness. Will post gallery soon.

I was there just today and didn't go inside as we heard knocking from the house and when we walked away and were at the road, we saw a person moving within the house...
