Demolished House in Guelph, Ontario, Canada

Easy to find just look for the big blue house with broken windows.
There is a small back barn with a creepy room built on one sides as well.

Update Plans have been filed to demolish this house and build a subdivision. On the plus side, the city had a Heritage assessment done on the place. Originally the property was owned in 1852 by a farmer named George Barber, who was also an inmate in the Eramosa Township Jail at the time the census was taken. Turns out ol' William Vance, whose name appears on the stone gate, actually occupied the place until 1942. But wait, the gate says 1834, there's no way William lived that long....someone defaced the stone sign and changed the 9 to an 8, which you can sort of make out in the close-up shot phrenzee took, and the one I (f.o.s.) took as well. I remember walking past this place when I was younger thinking it was the scariest thing in the neighbourhood. That was before I found out about this amazing hobby. Sadly this house has been completely demolished, only the stone gate at the front of the house is remaining, if you're in the area, I would visit while you can, I know I'm there a lot. There's a large dirt hill beside it, easy to climb; great for taking pictures of the city, and the sunset/sunrise if you wanted to come see it.

She's all boarded up now and slated to be demolished for yet another subdivision. The house next door has already been bulldozed :(

It's at the end of city view, before the train tracks. There is actually another abandoned house right beside it, but I think it's going to be demolished soon as they've dug all around it.

I think that happens if you leave the '-' off one of the co-ordinates...I'm a fan of blue, I'd like to get a general idea of the vicinity!
