Recently abandoned in September of 2017, decent sized bungalow with an large finished basement

Canucks 747-built in 1982 and valued at over 2 million dollars (according to mpac) this large bungalow sits along with its neighbor, as a developer has purchased both properties to construct a new subdivision project. was vacated september 2017.

canucks747- june 9th 2018- house was set on fire today. suspected arson but that is unconfirmed as of right now.

canucks747 graffiti everywhere, huge holes in walls, every window is smashed out, basement still flooded glass and drywall everywhere and 2 people squatting here

Digitisation Revisited today, house is in horrible shape, glass everywhere, some graffiti, basement is flooded up to the 3 step. Most windows are smashed out and alot has been stolen.

alexistb Unfortunately there is flooding in the basement, lots of broken lamps/ceiling lights, broken records, TV as well as the shower :(
