No info on this one. On a stretch of road i don't travel often so i don't know when it closed. Nice hardwood throughout, some natural decay and no vandalism. Worth checking if you're in the area.Arbys next door makes for a nice parking spot.
Update September 2021 - This property was recently cleared and is now an empty lot.

After looking at the location owners pictures from two years ago it is a shame how vandalism has infected this once beautiful location. At first thought i wondered why they would demolish this house but now i see clearer.
