Situated on the Allenford United Church grounds but some headstones look like they could be deep in a forest. The moss will eventually destroy the lettering beyond repair underneath and presently makes it impossible to read. An earlier name of Floodwood Crossing could indicated why it's so damp here and thus all the moss.

Yes, you and I noticed, so....?. The congregation have to drive passed these graves every week to park in the back. The caretaker sees these headstones while mowing and thinks , ya I want mine to look just like that??? or just doesn't careless. My original description was much like this.

Sad condition for many of these graavestones, especially in an active churchyard.
