Is there a way to insert/allow clickable hyperlinks in photo descriptions?

I was stupid enough to follow that, so I thank you for not directing me to "XXX Nuns Who Used To Be Priests".

In case OAP reads this and wonders, I was thinking of making links leading off to historic photos of manufacturing companies, etc. for things like wood stoves and other antiques found. I was looking for a way of doing it without cutting into my gallery photo limit.
