I came across this location while I was vacationing. What I was able to find out is that this house was previously the rental office and home of the owner of the cottage grounds. At some point the owner decided to sell everything but sold the house and cottages separately. Over the years, the house was sold a few times and the current owner at some point allowed his son (and presumably, by the diapers, his family) to live there. I'm guessing it was one hell of a party for the place to get that trashed. It's too bad too--the place would be a great place to live.
