I could go on all day about how awesome Shorty is... :) I rescued him just last June from Great Dane Rescue Inc. out of Michigan. He has made such great strides. You should check them out! They are just little guys! ;)

Oh yes... Completely intentional GS! :| I actually had no clue the Ville was in the background... I'm glad you noticed! I was more worried about my sissy dog, and me not throwing his winter coat on him (terrible parenting skills). The wind coming across that field was bitter! So thank you for noticing the details!

Really cool fort for the local teens. I bet some may have even camped out and slept there in the summer.
Good Times! :-)

Not sure if this was intentional planning or not, but that shot of the 'rest of town' out the doorway with the fireplace in the foreground is really cool. Totally brings about the mental connection with progress, and moving on, and leaving this abandoned place behind to wither away. Was just watching the Grinch with my kids and I feel like I'm looking down on Whoville.

From the satellite view it sure looks like a large foundation is there... But who knows how long ago that was taken. It is definitley possible, I didn't see anything else but field today.

Looks like an outbuilding on an old farm. Guess the snow covered up any potential foundations or other remnants?
