Description

One of the many campsites on Rain Lake near the ghost town of McCraney.

The chimney is remnants of an old cabin demolished after the land lease ended. It is now one of the best campsites on the Lake.

Located on an island, boat access only.

We stopped for lunch on a portage. When we were packing up, a family moved in for the night.

On our way out, a group of about two hundred from a church group were getting ready to paddle in. 3 trucks with about 25 canoes each.

Great fire pits & no one is using them.
