Pefferlaw Brook Bridge

Ontario : Georgina
Location #2612

Location Owner:timo explorer
Creation Date: 4/17/2011
Last Updated: 4/17/2011

Solid bridge over the Pefferlaw Brook. There is no road here, the only way in is by ATV or walking. This must have been a well used road in the past, judging from the steel construction of the bridge, which is still in very good condition. Old topo maps from 30 years ago still have this as a trail.

As the description says, there is no road here, and I have provided an accurate map of the location.

Would be nice to have more detailed directions.

I have canoed under this bridge many a time, grew up and still live in the area. easy to get to by boat off Zephyr side road. I have often wondered the history of this bridge. I feel it may have once been part of Brewster rd? I bit farther north up river is a cool spot with some giant fiberglass mushrooms, an old 50's bus and tractor and various other interesting items. A strange location to find
