This house had a different layout with the double car garage being on one side instead of the front. You have to be a little creative to find the POE on this one, but it is an easy one. MotleyKiwi was actually the one who found the way in.
There's a very cool old upright piano in the basement. Why anyone would leave such a nice piano behind is beyond me.
