Mr. and Mrs. Sauga, actually it's Mr. and Mrs. Pinchin. Victor and Betty Pinchin. "Bitchin....well Pinchin". Beautiful bungalow with a pool. There's a sign out front that says "15 Private Estates, From 1.395 Million, Coming Soon". There's actually 3 empty houses in a row, all with no power. The one to the south, I couldn't gain entry. This one's in the middle and it gave me a warm welcome. Actually a cool welcome, actually a very cold welcome. I've been in hundreds of places and this one has the strangest find I've ever seen. You'll see in the pictures. The house to the north is unexplored, so anyone in the area can have a go at it.

Drove by yesterday, all three houses have now been demolished.

Two of the three houses have fresh new boards up and there's no entry. The northern house is wide open but has been trashed and there's graffiti everywhere.

Looks like Betty passed away in 2008 and Victor in November 2013.
