this very large blue side split sits vacant awaiting demolition, as another beautiful home has fallen victim to the 407. house featured a total of 9 bedrooms!!. built in 1987, as the wallpaper and a few other features show. very overgrown, and the 1 bad factor to entering this house is the terrible amount of mold in the basement. you can tell the water was once 4 feet deep!. access to the basement thru the garage and the house. so for the sake of your health, please bring a mask if exploring this home! has beautiful wood floors, and as stated before, lots of 80s flower wallpaper!!. there is a neighbor just east of this house, so be careful!!
