I was in Orillia today with a friend and noticed a stretch of three homes that were boarded up. Managed to get a few shots, all three places seem to be boarded up pretty good. I was able to get a few shots of the insides of one through a window. One of the houses looks like it has some vintage tables and chairs but due to the double windows I wasn't able to get any good shots of it. The back yard between two of the houses is covered in garbage, perhaps people have been dumping there, not really sure. But there are also belongings back there as well...couches (many), tookboxes with tools still inside. Such a shame, such beautiful homes. We stayed some time and talking about the potential of these homes if they had some love and tender care, however, not really sure why they were boarded up in the first place. There may be a way inside them, I didn't venture up the staircases on the sides to check the second story doors - windows and doors were bolted shut.
