I would say it was "demolished" in 2017, however, officially gone Summer 2018.

Not quite condos but: " a retirement home and residential care facility within six storeys and is to contain 146 units, with a mix of independent and assisted living units, as well as indoor services and amenities." Interior's trashed. Camera phone, so, apologies for the quality. (or lack thereof...)
