This is the former lockmaster's house (also known as Tindall House) on Iroquois Point. It seems to have been converted into some kind of presentation facility over the years. While it may have been an ideal place from which to watch over the old Galop Canal, it is a horrible place for a presentation centre. It now stands empty and forlorn, surrounded by modular fencing and bedecked in some thoughtless graffiti.

Aside from a massive gaggle of caterpillars, didn't seem to be any presences there when I visited.
Rumour has it this place is haunted. Will have to go back soon and see if there is another POE I missed.

Visited again today on my way to a few other spots. No access whatsoever at the moment :(
