A cute little bungalow and small barn on the edge of town. A recent abandonment. They left half their belongings. No decay yet just messy and smelly. The elements are getting in thru some open windows so it shant be long. There's no basement.
Update : Summer 2017 - House has been refurbished and now occupied.

Interesting location. The barn is pretty creepy, almost like someone was living there. Maybe their unwanted child.. :|
The ceiling fan made me wonder how long its been empty, for enough moisture or humidity to be in there to cause the blades to do that but no peeling paint or floor buckling.
No trouble! Easiest to just google the area in question...if you go county they are highlighted in pink on the maps. You can then move in closer to township, town, etc. if need be or if there is a pre-existing.
This is not within the boundaries of Huron County, and should join other Listowel locations in North Perth.

According to google streetview, house looks refurbished and is now occupied. Changed status..
