Yeah basic member is acceptable on this one. It's actually a tourist spot because of its gruesome history. You're just not supposed to go inside the buildings.. hehe oops.)Sorry for my crap pictures. They're pretty old now.)
It seemed like a pretty moderate traffic area when we were there. Several people walking their dogs and even a few cars went through the service roads. Left it public since it seemed pretty well know. Even google street view goes down the roads on the property.
Perhaps this should be FM?
