Well I had just saw the place a week ago and it appears to have been out of use for a number of years now.

Looks like a sugar shack, might be only used in the spring.

Yes the place does exist, no its not on Hwy 48, but on a county road off that Hwy

i know Kirkfield in Kawartha Lakes and have never seen this place..is it on hwy 48?
