Absolutely beautiful abandoned house. Terrible smell in the basement though. Also looks as though copper thieves have been through the place.

Update by fiso, Feb, 2016:

Beautiful is right. The copper thieves have indeed been through and there is black mold throughout. The windows were left open by someone, one assumes in order to ventilate. Possessions are strewn about the yard, obvious even with the snow cover. There was a lovely in-ground pool, snow-filled, and some beautiful outbuildings. Wheelchair ramps leading into the side entrance and the living room. There were no signs that this accessibility had been provided throughout, which may have been cost prohibitive, which may explain the abandonment. There was a fridge magnet with 2007 calendar, but a hand-drawn one calendar upstairs had 01 Dec on a Thursday, which would indicate 2011. Power meter is gone and the lines have been cut.
