This Hotel opened as a "Holiday Inn" in 1968 and is located on "Oakville Place Drive" north east of Trafalgar Road and the QEW.

When the hotel originaly opened it would have had a "North Service Road" address.

A new "Holiday Inn" opened on "Argus Road" in 1999 in what had formerly been a "Howard Johnstons" and the old "Holiday Inn" underwent renovations converting from a Motel to a Hotel and reopened as a "Ramada Inn" later becoming a "Marriott"

At the time this hotel closed it had 122 rooms.

This building has been vacant since 2006 and planning permission has been applied for to erect an office tower on the site.

As of November 2nd 2011 this building is almost totaly demolished.
