Abandoned residential dwelling with a laneway leading to a detached 2-bay industrial garage. There is a land use change sign on the front lawn. The home also has a 2-bay attached garage, and from the garage window, an entrance to the basement level is visible.
The house is accessible by an unlocked rear door (west side). The ground floor interior appears to be gutted. Upper floor not explored. The large detached garage is locked, and east side windows were intact. There is a 2-ft square louvred ventilation hole on the west side, about 5 ft off the ground.
Caution: there is an open well at the rear of the house (NW corner, pictured) with just a sheet of plywood thrown over it. Depth unknown, but water was visible about 3 ft below the rim.
Unusual detail: sheet metal and glass "Club Phoenix" sign covering a rear window.
Lots left to explore! The upper story and basement are still unexplored, and who knows what's in that large garage/shed...
