The way it looks is that this Cober property[1880's] started as a family grave then expanded a little when a church was built. This could be the original church, resided, and still in use . J. and N. Cober both owned 4 large sections of land in this area stretching to Hwy 34. The Cobers have at least 3 graves here that I could read. Edward and Anne Cober were two. There is a Cober Rd. at the airport. There was a Holm grave and their properties were across Hwy 32 and down to Hwy 34 as well. Mindless snowmobilers passing over the outer graves with no respect , just inches from several irreplaceable and priceless 150 year old headstones. I emailed the church soon after posting this, so at least they know about it, but no response.

A nice simple single chain on posts would do the trick on the perimeter of this site, maybe the church would be willing to protect it.

Really fond of the long-shadow opening shots. I'm glad you included a pic of just how close the snowmobiles come to hitting the headstones. I read it in your description and was hoping you were going to show it so that we could see.
