Only 2 doors east of the "Italian 70s mansion" this multi level split home (now demolished) was built in 1976.

It once sat on valuable land in an area of high development, and is currently being redeveloped as of right now. the exterior of the home was made of dark brown bricks and like its Italian neighbor, also had arches above the front windows. inside was surely original as it was mostly oak wood trims, doors and flooring. top floor there was 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as far as i remember, main level had the family room, dining room and kitchen, walk down a few more steps and it would take you to the living room with a fireplace, laundry room and another bathroom. and 3 steps further was the basement.

It's always sad to see these places go, especially because of the no character, low quality garbage that they are usually replaced with. but unfortunately to a land developer or investor, it's just another opportunity to make a couple bucks.
