Nice home on land that is for sale as a development property. Looks to be recently flooded in the basement, but dry now. Two acre lot with a shop in poor condition. Not much historic value here, just another place soon to be lost to another shopping opportunity. Highlight of this house is the beautiful French doors separating the front of the house from the small in-law apartment at the rear, and the warped ceiling fan in the basement.

went today! this place is beautiful, the upstairs is a bit dangerous i think because the ceiling is really damaged in the room with the mattresses. good condition but looks like a party house

Lol...I have the same snowblower and it is at least 30 years old. I am still using it.
