Bishop Ryan high school moves for the fourth time in its 56-year history as a Catholic secondary school leaving the shell of its old location behind.

The school cost $36 million to construct on the 100 000+ sqft. property containing a 600-seat auditorium, natural light cafeteria, chapel, 3 gymnasiums, 65 classrooms and an 8-lane running track out back.

Lots of neat things still remain inside the building such as all the textbooks, science beakers/equipment and microscopes, lockers, old school projects, desks, anatomy models etc. Definitely worth the trip out if you can make it!

The property was sold to explorer developments who plan to demolish the school and build condos on the lot.

Note: POE can be a bit tricky to find.
