abandoned back around 2011, this late 1970s style bungalow sits awaiting its fate,it was abandoned due to the 407 extension coming thru durham region/clarington. built in 1977

**SEPTEMBER 2016 UPDATE** SOME GROUP OF KIDS FOUND IT. ITS BEEN VANDALIZED WITH SPRAY PAINT INSIDE

**NOVEMBER 2016 UPDATE** HOUSE IS NOW DEMOLISHED

This is still standing, went not long ago. It's been boarded back up very securely and is very over grown.
