This the site of the old patern shop for Canada Machinery Corporation. It was large for the 1870s. The place has been turned into a park and you can access the Grand River from the grounds next to the propery.

this was also known as the Jolly Jumper site...for obvious reasons....they made them here. The guy who built this is the same guy who developed the site at 24 and Myers Rd.
