Closed as a school in 1983 in Waterloo , this school was then used for storage for the Waterloo Catholic District School Board until they sold it to the City of Waterloo last year. The city is now looking for development proposals and want to sell it. The city spent $535,000 in March of 2012 and an additional $122,000 on legal and survey fees. In 1905 it was only a four room school house.

This location is now well on its way to being remodeled. New locks, windows, and doors installed (among other things), supposed "video surveillance", etc. To me, it's definitely not somewhere exploring is feasible.
