While this mall isn't abandoned, it sure it on it's last legs. I discovered the mall a number of years ago and took some photos of the exterior as well as an abandoned daycare that was located above the mall. I don't live in the GTA anymore, so I haven't had a chance to see how the mall is today. I assume it's falling apart still and visited less and less.

There is 24/7 security and are often hiding. You can pretty much guarantee they can see you even if you can't see them

Checked out this place during march 2023. Bumped into a group of North York kids and got chased out by security. A door at the back seemed promising, however, everything was all boarded up.

Visited about 5 months ago all boarded up no way in unfortunately. Got chased by security, they’re there almost all the time hidden sometimes.

Have snuck in twice (2018), you need to get past security so best way is from right side gate, then hop fence and head around back avoiding front of mall where security is, then in back used to be door that would open. Entire place is boarded up to the max now though as of (2020)

The property is accessible on foot, but there was security there today when I checked it out. Would love to get inside!

It looks like it would be a nice place to visit if it's still standing and accessible.

Definitely abandoned and has active security out front. Rumour is they'll be turning it into a paintball facility before they tear it down for condos.

Honeydale is still hanging on. The part with the blue and red trim used to be a Walmart, however they relocated to a bigger and better box less than 5 minutes away. Its now a Malmart flea market. But it's not the best so it's not doing so well. After Walmart left, the only thing holding the mall down is the No Frills grocery store at the other end. Access to the daycare seems to have been lock

Looks like it has potential to be a good location. Anyone have a more recent status/photos though?
