Another empty house. This is the 4th or 5th place I've been in on a 2Km stretch of road. The developer signs are all up and down this road. Sooner or later subdivisions will appear. This house is just a plain bungalow, 70s style. The cool thing is you walk in the front door, take a quick left and you're in a big washroom with a big jacuzzi tub, right by the front door, ready for any guests you have coming over. Otherwise, pretty nondescript.

Good point older homes are better. My dad owns a 117 year old home in Cambridge. His tennants costed him $10,000 in damage. The house has all the victorian style wood in it. His friends are currently renovating it to sell on the real estate market.

I notice there's some mold in the kitchen. But all in all I freakin' love the place!!!! :)
