Old, abandoned motel, most likely left to rot when Creditview Road was cut in half by all the new subdivisions in west Brampton. You now have to take a side road just to reach this part of Creditview Road. There's a second abandoned building right beside it. Both were really well boarded up, with no POE that I could see.
Note: First time I drove by here, I assumed the little old church right beside the motel was also abandoned (especially since they've built a huge new church right beside it), but when I went this morning, service was in full swing!!

streetview shows this as being open....so it's a fairly recent abandonment.
Great pictures! I was here today but it was absolutely impossible to get in. Also, there's 2 locations on this site for this motel..
As soon as they built that Go station, i knew this motel would close eventually.
No, I don't think any of the 2nd floor windows were boarded up. I'm sure if you could climb up on the sloped roof somehow, you'd be able to see in!
i notice that sloped roof over what I'm assuming is a set of stairs in pic 13 and 16. Did you notice if the second floor windows were boarded up at the top of that sloped roof? If any thing, it would allow for a peak inside if nothing else.
@bigpaulsmall: That door didn't lead anywhere....it was just a small closet like space tucked underneath an interior set of stairs. There was a wall immediately on the left, and a staircase handing low from above on the right. No where to go!!
I saw one of the boards is off, even one of your pictures shows it. Did you go inside?

I grew up in Brampton and in the early 80's this motel was still open for business, and the church was still open also. Progress sucks and so do all developers.
