Cities Service has not served Canadians since it merged with Occidental Petroleum in the early 1980s, lots of time for the trees to have grown up around the building. As an aside, Smitty's signs, like the one on the building can been seen all over this part of Eastern Ontario; however, it has always struck me as odd that the sign gives no address.
