Niagara and the Environment Series
Evolution of a Ghost Town

One of the best-kept secrets in the Niagara region is the existence of a ghost town formally known as Reynoldsville. Learn how this once prosperous mill site developed and was slowly devastated by the advent of hydro electricity. This three-part course will show you the economic history of Reynoldsville, the ecological impact it had on the Twelve Mile Creek corridor and plans for the future. Each class will be presented by a different professional. The last class will include a hiking tour of the area to investigate this site first hand.

Cost: $99/$95 (senior)
