Another odd fairly recent abandonment. This place is nice. Nice colours and upgrades. There's 2 full apartments upstairs. The main floor kitchen and room upstairs are the worst. The whole time i was there i kept hearing plaster falling from the 2 rooms, freaked me out at first. I realized near the end of my tour that the power is still on and the lights work. Its on an active type of barn thats locked up real good and with motion sensor lights. What could be in the barn that they have to fortify it so well? Its right across the road from Reliable Ford in Fergus.

Everything is coming down here now. Clearing the land for a subdivision. Excavators and dumpsters on site. Barn is completely down and the two houses are next..

I've often thought of checking this place out, but I see a lot of cars there. I thought maybe they had a grow op in the barn, lol.

Barn has got so much security because it stores vintage cars. ;) Posted a photo of it in my album.

skye did have this one at one time. I live close to here and the house was rented to young families up until a year or so ago. As far as rumour mills, it will be demo's for housing development but that is NOT confirmed. Kudos on getting inside, I always wanted to see it~!

If not still in the db it certainly was prior...skye put it in. We've seen what's in the barn, and yes, you were lucky not to have been caught as there is lots of activity at this spot.
